DELIVERY TERMS
We ship our products only to trusted and reliable transport companies: DPD, FedEx, GLS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on the type of product and delivery address.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery within Ireland typically takes 3-7 working days. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 days for production.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery within Ireland is free if the order amount exceeds 50€. Shipping costs to Ireland and other countries can be found on the checkout page.
DELIVERY METHODS
We ship our products by transportation companies: DPD, FedEx, GLS and UPS. All orders are dispatched via courier services to the address provided during checkout.

ORDER TRACKING POLICY
Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

PRODUCT PRICES
The prices displayed on our website product cards represent the cost for the minimum ordering area (1 m2) of the most popular material.
Your final product price is determined by several factors, including the order area, selected material, and any additional options chosen during the order process.
Upon receiving an order, we routinely review product prices. If we identify an error in the pricing of the products you ordered, we will promptly contact you to provide the option to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price or cancel your order. We will not process your order until we receive your response. If we are unable to contact you using the provided contact information at checkout, we will consider the order canceled and notify you accordingly in writing.
All prices are quoted in EUR and include taxes. Delivery to Ireland is included in the order price, while delivery to other countries is charged separately.
