High-quality material
I ordered a wallpaper with leaves. The print was really good, 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed that when gluing the sides they curled, and it was very difficult to align the edges despite the seam roller. Maybe it was due to the glue (which was well calculated in quantity). Despite everything, the colors are exactly as I ordered, thank you for that, I would order again.

Love the mural! It was fairly easy to apply, and the quality is great. My only small issue was that it took a day longer to arrive than expected.
The mid-quality vinyl paper is solid. Although the price-quality ratio is a bit expensive. I ordered the suitable glue from the seller, believing it would be perfect for this vinyl paper. But disaster, the paper didn’t stick well at all. I had to rush to buy another brand from the store. Otherwise, the design and appearance are very pretty, the vibrant colors match the web image. Application wasn’t so simple though.
Hello, the quality of the wallpaper is very good. The product itself was carefully packed and secured for shipment. The only thing the company should improve is the speed of order processing, specifically shipping. A few days passed between completing the wallpaper and shipping it.
Received a very nice wallpaper as shown on the site photo. A small downside with the glue sold with it, but the after-sales service was very cooperative and understanding following my complaint. A commercial gesture was made very quickly.

Excellent quality, fast shipping. I didn’t have a good experience with customer service. I chose a taupe-colored wallpaper, but after confirming the order, I saw it said “gray.” I sent an email (there’s no phone number to ask for info) to request the same taupe wallpaper, and they wrote a vague response, saying they were sending the order right away. I would have changed the design honestly, choosing a taupe wallpaper of the same price. In the end, the wallpaper that arrived has a lot of taupe, and the gray is almost non-existent. I run a business and usually resolve problems via phone to satisfy the customer, especially for furniture. However, I still recommend the product, which is great, and they are fast with delivery.

Nice wallpaper. However, the instructions weren’t completely accurate. Cutting between strips wasn’t necessary. Just paste the strips close to each other. Otherwise, you might run out of wallpaper.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I had a small issue, but the company deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and after-sales service. Unfortunately, when applying the paper, the pattern didn’t align perfectly, but customer service was immediately available to send new wallpaper or offer a refund.
Deadline respected. It would be appreciated if the dimensions provided during the order were clearly listed on the user profile or invoice.
Good day – the goods/wallpaper are very good. The processing for 7 square meters took 4 hours. Delivery via GLS was poor, as it wasn’t completed. I had to pick up the package myself from the Hamburg depot.
We received our wallpaper, but unfortunately, it wasn’t what we expected. The wallpaper had white edges, making it difficult to place the pieces next to each other and achieve the desired effect. I’m happy to say that the Tapeko team took the complaint seriously and resolved the issue in the best possible way.
I’m waiting for the order placed on 02.09, after 7 calendar days there is no update. I gave 4 stars in the hope that the photo wallpaper will arrive soon and without unpleasant surprises.
Easy order and fast receipt of the wallpaper. Tapeko’s customer service is also very responsive (unfortunately, the image didn’t meet our expectations, but customer service was quick and helped resolve the issue).

Everything went well with Tapeko. The problem I encountered was with FedEx delivery, which did not respect the delivery date and delivered whenever they felt like it. You have to be at their disposal… The contact with FedEx is virtual, and their link to change the date doesn’t work.
The wallpaper had a flaw (a big gray line in the middle)! What a shame because the result could have been great. But after contacting customer service, we were able to find a satisfactory solution.
The product is great, and it was easy to put up! I just wish the colors were a bit brighter, but I’m happy with the overall effect.
