Choosing a wall mural behind a sofa
Give the artwork a place in the room, with the furniture you already love.
Look above the furniture.

Balance detail and open space.
If the room has patterned fabrics or busy shelving, try a design with more breathing room. If the furnishings are simple, a bolder composition can become the wall’s main feature. These are starting points, not rules about room size.
Connect the colours.
