Privacy policy

We process the data you give with your order — your name, address, email address and phone number — to make and deliver your order, to inform you about your order and to meet our legal duty to keep records.

We share only the data needed to carry out your order:

• with Stripe and PayPal — to process your payment;
• with our email service — to send you messages about your order;
• with the carrier — to deliver your order;
• with our order and production system — to make your order.

With «See it in my room» you can upload a photo of your room to see a design on your wall. We make a smaller copy of your photo without the data of your camera, such as the location; we do not keep the original photo. We send that copy to an external rendering service that makes the preview and may use an external image-processing service for it.

The copy of your photo and the preview are stored as files under an address that cannot be guessed; anyone who has that address can view the file. Would you like us to delete these files? Then contact us through the contact page. A functional cookie links your previews to your browser, so that we can limit the number of previews per day.

We keep the data of your order for 36 months. After that we make it anonymous.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object and to have your data transferred. Contact us for this through the contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

The shop uses strictly necessary cookies only: a cookie that remembers your cart and, on the payment page, the cookies of the payment provider that are needed to pay securely.
