Terms and conditions

You order in the shop: you choose a design, enter the size of your wall and choose the material. After you have placed your order, you receive a confirmation by email. The contract is concluded as soon as you have received that confirmation.

All prices in the shop are in euro and include VAT. You see the delivery costs in the cart before you pay.

You pay with one of the payment methods you see at checkout. If you choose a bank transfer, you find the payment details on the page of your order and in the confirmation by email.

We deliver in the Netherlands only. Your order is made especially for you and dispatched afterwards; you see the production time and the delivery time on the product page.

Every order is made to measure to the size you give. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the specifications of the customer.

Even so, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The returns page explains how.

The statutory warranty applies to your order. Has your order arrived damaged, or does it differ from what you ordered? Then contact us through the contact page and include your order number. We will look for a solution together with you.
